Return and Refund Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 10 days of your purchase date. Items must be in new condition and buyer is responsible for any return fees unless item arrived damaged or defective.
Defective items may be returned within 5 days of receipt. Please email us at support@flixmeworld.com to submit for a return authorization.

Return Terms To initiate a return, we require an unboxing video to be submitted, mandatory for processing. Whether the product is damaged or incorrect, we're here to assist you.

Return Process Our process is hassle-free. A courier personnel will be assigned to pick up the item from your doorstep.

Refund Procedure Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll promptly notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed swiftly, usually within 7 working days, and credited back to your bank account or original payment method.

No Restocking or Return Fees Unlike many, we believe in transparency and fairness. Hence, there are no restocking or return fees involved.

Return Window Please note, our return and refund policy spans 2 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, beyond this period, we won't be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Acceptance Criteria We accept returns for both used and new items, provided they are returned in their original packaging.

Return Options You can opt to return your product either by post or in-store, as per your convenience.

Late or Missing Refunds In case of delays or missing refunds, kindly check your bank account first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@flixmeworld.com for further assistance.

Exchanges We solely replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. Reach out to us via email at support@flixmeworld.com for exchange requests.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. Alternatively, if it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Returns For returning products, please mail us at support@flixmeworld.com. Estimated delivery time for exchanged parcels typically ranges from 4-6 business days, contingent on your location.
